Dickson Carter

I am currently working as a Flight Instructor and a Flight Attendant for Southwest Airlines. Previously, I held a position at OnSolve as a NOC Operator, where I was responsible for monitoring servers and acting as a first responder. I also worked as a logistic associate in the fulfillment department at Amazon. Additionally, I have conducted classroom management seminars for more than 200 educators at iGetMoreTraining.

 

In my role as a Technical Trainer at Alorica, I have trained over 500 technical agents, emphasizing the importance of empathy in customer service. I have experience troubleshooting hardware and software at Florida Hospital, as well as tutoring Accounting and Economics at Valencia College.
